Pastors with MP3 players

As some of you know, my father was critical in my involvement with computers.  Although he is cheap (another characteristic I now share), he was willing to buy me computers when I was young.  He is still cheap and still buying electronics.  After I introduced him to ebay a couple of years ago, he has acquired a number of simple MP3 players and has filled them with content (music and sermons) for others.  He sent a few of them over to me and I was able to download the Bible in Chichewa and load them on the MP3 players.  The photo above is some of the pastors who live in a remote rural area in eastern Zambia who received these players.  Fortunately, they use the same chargers as cell phones and there are plenty of businesses who will charge your cell phones from a solar panel.  They are especially useful because literacy is low and many of the pastors cover a large area so this will help them on their long bicycle rides.

Shame on you, talking about your dad like that, even if it is true.
